A Covid-19 Mobile Testing Unit has opened today (Monday 18 October) at Le Pouliguen Way Car Park in Llantwit Major.

The centre will be open from 09:00am to 5:00pm seven days a week. The mobile unit is being used to provide a temporary increase in testing capacity for Cardiff and the Vale and will be in place for an initial 31 days.

Appointments at the site are open to all residents, including those living outside of Cardiff and the Vale.

These can be booked online at www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test. Both walk-in and drive through tests appointments are available.

The testing unit is set up within a fenced area in the carpark. It is not located at the nearby GP surgery. Covid-19 tests are not available at the surgery.
