From press baron to castle owner: A story for Cowbridge history group

The next Cowbridge U3A History Group Meeting will be held in Cowbridge Lesser Hall at 10am on Thursday, 20 November.

William Randolph Hearst

The presentation by Martin Blarney (Cowbridge U3A History Group Member) will be "St Donat's Castle Part Two : William Randolph Hearst".

Hearst, the American newspaper publisher, bought the castle in 1925 and redeveloped it. 

Members of the public are welcome as day members on payment of a small charge, £2.
