A quilt created locally to mark International Woman's Day will be on display in Cowbridge next month.

It will be displayed by the Cutting Edge Textile Group in the window of the Ty Hafan charity shop on the High Street from Monday, 6 March to Sunday, 19 March.

Cutting Edge was established in April 2011 that meets on the second Tuesday of every month between 10am and 3pm in Ystradowen Village Hall.

We sew, quilt, embroider, crochet – in fact – anything that takes their fancy!
