1. Alun Cairns MP says he will back PM Boris Johnson. Alun Cairns MP announced he would back the PM Boris Johnson ahead of the confidence vote on June 6. Read more here.   

2. Council expands activity scheme for over 60s to Cowbridge and across the Vale. The Vale council has expanded its Golden Pass scheme to Cowbridge and other locations across the county to help residents over 60 take part in physical activity. Find out more here.   

3. Cowbridge singing group for over 50s wins £2k grant to tackle loneliness and isolation. A singing group in Cowbridge has won a grant worth £1,991 from Western Power Distribution (WPD) as part of a fund that aims to tackle loneliness in the Vale.. Read the full story here.
