Cowbridge Market Theatre will host a fundraising event featuring 'The Magic of the Musicals' next month.

It will take place on Saturday, 18 February, with two performances of the show by performers from the Stage Door 1 Youth Theatre group.

They will be at 2 and 7pm at Cowbridge Market Theatre on The Butts, Cowbridge. Tickets costs £12 (concessions £10).

'Magic of the Musicals' will be a fun-filled cabaret involving junior and senior performers, packed with all favourite songs from the musicals!

Proceeds will be used to support the group

Stage Door 1 Youth Theatre was created in 2007 to provide an avenue for children from all social backgrounds to increase their confidence, creativity, and consideration for others through the medium of drama, dance, song, and musical theatre.

​From humble beginnings with around eight children, it now has a membership in excess of 60 young people aged from four to 19, rehearsing and performing at least three shows each year.

There are also opportunities for members to take part in performances for local events, plays, and showcase evenings.
