Stage Door 1 Youth Theatre's Senior Company will be bringing three performances of the musical Dogfight to Cowbridge Market Theatre in May.

Performances will be on Saturday 6 May 2023 - 3pm & 7.30pm and Sunday 7 May - 3m

'On November 21st, 1963, a group of young marines gather in San Francisco the night before they ship off to Vietnam.

They decide to celebrate their last night of freedom with a cruel game, called a "Dogfight".

One of the young men taking part is Eddie Birdlace, who is running out of time to find a date, when he meets Rose Fenney, a waitress in a diner.

He invites her to a party - her very first party - and after an inauspicious beginning, an unexpected love story begins to unfold.'

With music from the makers of Dear Evan Hansen and The Greatest Showman, this beautiful musical is not to be missed!

'Dogfight' will feature a selection of SD1's senior company and will run for three performances only!
