Charlotte Church's biological, estranged father, 56-year-old Stephen Reed, has sadly passed away after contracting coronavirus.
Reed passed away in his Cowbridge home, with his family at his side, including his wife, Alison, who he left Maria, Church's mother, for 33 years ago.

Cowbridge Town Council is appealing for people to think about what waste they are leaving at public sites, after fly-tipping at Twt park.
Recently the litter bins at the park, provided by the town council for the community that use the park, are being abused say the council.
Y Bont Faen School participated throughout the February half term in the "Childrens Challenge" a distance based challenge that saw staff and pupils in a virtual race against 79 other primary schools with around 23,000 chldren taking part.
The purpose was a physical challenge to encourage teamwork and get children outside to improve wellbeing. There was an amazing uptake to the event with Y Bont Faen awarded an overall third place for pupil participation and an over all seventh out of 77 based on actual distance.

The Education Minister, Kirsty Williams, has today announced plans for more pupils in Cowbridge, and the rest of Wales, to have the opportunity to return to the classroom ahead of the Easter break.
Speaking in a video released on her Twitter channel, the Minister confirmed that schools would be given the opportunity to welcome back learners in years 7, 8 and 9.
Chancellor Rishi Sunak has today revealed his budget in the House of Commons, much of which applies UK-wide and therefore to Cowbridge.
The budget aims to provide support during what will hopefully be the final stage of the COVID-19 pandemic.

A local woman has been busy making hundreds of Welsh cakes this past week.
Mary Llewellyn, from St Hilary, has made over 800 Welsh cakes to raise money for Marie Curie this Saint David's Day.
