Non Material Amendment - Substitution of house types on Plots 114, 115, 161, 163, 169, 172, 173, 182 and associated reconfiguration of boundary alignments and parking layout. Planning approval 2019/01408/RES - All reserved matters including appearance, landscaping and layout of outline. Validated: 18/03/2022. Status: Approved.
Proposed remodelling of Whips Bungalow, to include roof alterations with front terrace area, a first-floor rear extension and changes to the elevations and fenestration, a detached garage with roof garden and associated works, plus a proposed increase of residential curtilage and a new access drive. Validated: 14/03/2022. Status: Awaiting decision.
