Experience something truly unique and non-commercial this Christmas. Rudolph's Burn is a rare chance to step inside a private historic deer park and enjoy a magical winter afternoon on foot.

The park's track circumnavigates the park, so en route you'll see all three herds of deer: fallow, red and sika. Keep an eye out for Father Christmas somewhere along the way.

Walkers, joggers or runners choose one to four laps, from 2.3km to 9.2km, with around 51 metres of climbing per lap. Wear your Christmas jumper, bring the kids, and afterwards warm up by the log burner in the event barn with food and festive fun.

Organised by Burn Series, founded by Maria Leijerstam, the first person to cycle to the South Pole. Rudolph's Burn returns for its second year.
