Title: Branch Manager Location: Cardiff Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 + car allowance + big package Sector: Maintenance and Refurbishment framework contracts Start Date: Immediate The Company: Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing contractors specialising in a variety of framework contracts consisting of Refurbishment, Cyclical Maintenance, Roofing, Painting and Social Housing upgrades.Branch Manager - The Role: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager or above to lead the South Wales branch in Cardiff You will be responsible for leading the day to day operational and commercial delivery across all contracts, reporting to the Regional Director. Branch Manager - The Person

  • You will have solid experience with either a national or regional contractor
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering a range of refurbishment / maintenance projects within budget and programme (both interiors and exteriors)
  • Experience managing roofing, painting and Social Housing contracts is preferable.
  • Strong commercial awareness and being good with systems and numbers.
  • Proven experience in managing site based teams on multiple simultaneous projects at once
  • Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things
  • High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
  • A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
