We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with major Steel frame experience to work with one of our clients - a large and well established Tier 1 building contractor on a large and unique project in Cardiff which is in excess of 100 million.

The role will involve managing a major Steel frame and sub structure package on the project which has a duration of around 2.5 years.

You will manage a large team including Construction Managers and Engineers reporting to the Project Director on all issues. You will play a key part in regular progress meetings and work closely with other PM's on the scheme.

This is a major, high profile project, and calls for an individual who has worked on other major projects, delivering large steel frame projects. You may have come from a main contractor or specialist steel frame sub contractor and have detailed knowledge of quality and health and safety on major sites.
