You'll support customers on the front line by taking new claims over the phone or via an online claims portal. Full training for the role will be provided so don't worry if you don't have any direct experience. As long as you are willing to learn, and you are passionate about customers you'll fit right in.Key Responsibilities:Registering new claims and making decisions on whether a claim will be coveredManaging existing case loadMaintaining SLA 5-7 days settlementThorough investigation of claim details and documentationKeeping the customer updated throughout the claims lifecycleMaintain excellent communication with customers and colleaguesPut forward ideas for suggestions for improvement for the team and wider departmentWorking in line with department KPI'sCorrectly identifying prospects for recovery and pro-active pursuit (dual insurers or liable parties)Correctly identifying potentially fraudulent claimsSkills/Experience required:Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBe accountable and take responsibilityAdhering to core competenciesSharing experiences and knowledgePositive attitude, approachable, helpful and friendlyEffective time managementExcellent customer service skills, exceeding expectationsOur Commitment to YouAt Admiral, we are committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace.
