Dynamics 365 Technical ArchitectAre you experienced in Providing technical solutions within Dynamics 365?Do you have Architecture and design experience?The role: You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing complex CRM/Sales solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will need great people skills to understand client's requirements, architecting scalable solutions to a global user base, and provide technical leadership throughout the implementation life cycle.Skills required:

  • Design and architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop high-level and detailed technical design documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and system integrations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance optimisation, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business applications and platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and enhancements, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 CRM, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient solutions using C#, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM implementation methodologies, tools, and processes to streamline project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience:

  • 4 years experience as a Technical or Solution Architect, focusing on Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • 4 years experience designing and developing solutions using Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform, including configuration, customisation, and integration capabilities.
  • Extensive experience with CRM architecture design, including solution design, Datamodelling, and system integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate,) and Azure services is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture.
  • Experience with messaging patterns and enterprise integration using Azure Service Bus.
  • Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
