Our manufacturing client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of administrators who manage the daily workflow, resources, and holiday cover to ensure all key performance indicators are met to standards and deadlines.

You will take responsibility of your team for staff management, coaching, motivating, and training to become effective and efficient using continuous improvement tools and best practice.

Responsibilities: - Manage, lead and coordinate administrative tasks for the team, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and maintaining office supplies

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

- Maintain accurate records and files

- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting as necessary

- Manage staff workplan rotas

-Onboard new employees and maintaining employee records

- Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed

Essential skills and experience:

Demonstrates positive leadership.

Drives effective continuous improvement meetings.

CRM database experience

Proficient with Microsoft packages

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
