Clear Sky Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation based in the Aberdare of south Wales. On their behalf, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious, results-driven Regional Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the assigned region (M4/M5 corridor in the south west)
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Regularly assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to proactively position our products.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimize strategies for success.
• Provide clients with product knowledge and information to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations to key stakeholders as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably in FMCG
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
• Ability to build client relationships
