Revised plans have been submitted to Vale of Glamorgan Council to build a three bedroomed home on a garden space adjacent to an existing home in Cowbridge.

An initial application for the build was withdrawn after concerns were expressed by planning officers who said that the plan was "a cramped form of development that has an unacceptable impact on the visual amenity of the area."

The applicants have come back with a revised plan that shows a building 20 per cent less in size than that originally proposed.

The application site comprises of private residential garden space that is situated to the east of 1, The Verlands.

The full planning application can be viewd (and commented on) via this link.
