An event in Cowbridge later this month aims to turn back time.

The Bear Hotel at 63 High Street will play host to a vintage or classic car and bike event on Sunday, 25 September and is appealing for owners to book the date in their diary.

A spokesperson for the Bear says: "Do you have a vintage, classic, unusual car or motorbike? Please come to the Bear Hotel Cowbridge for free tea and coffee on Sunday, 25 September from 9am to noon.

"We want as many vehicles as possible. Please try and park on the High Street between East Gate and West Gate if you can.

"This it a totally free fun event with no hidden agenda, all you have to do it turn up between 9-12.00 for your free coffee or tea in the Bear Hotel (only driver and passengers of Vehicles).

"If there is no room to park on the high street then we will ask you to use one of the car parks in town.
