Another addition is coming to Cowbridge High Street.

Dog and Rider Boutique will be opening at 2 Penny Lane as soon as the Government gives the green light, owner Sara Hunt told Nub News.

Sara had previously been located at Tim Vaughn's racing yard in Aberthin, but is relocating her children's country and riding-wear shop to the town centre.

"We were at Tim's for almost two years," said Sara.

"A lady came in and said 'I live literally 10 minutes from you and I didn't even know you're here'.

"I thought 'I'm in the wrong place'! That was the eye opener for me. People locally didn't know we're here," she said.

Dog and Rider Boutique offers children's country and riding clothing from sizes as small as 0-3 months up to teenagers, and also pet clothing.

"My business is quite different and unusual," said Sara.

"We sell riding and country-wear, so you can buy jodhpurs or field clothing for babies and children.

"We do a range of tweed clothing, and boots for on the farm, as well as loads of clothes with and tractors and diggers.

"We started off online, and it's grown from there. to see because we were predominantly online start to get into the I would go and it went really well," she said.
