Quantara House, Graig Penllyn, Cowbridge  

Single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration of lower ground floor. Validated: 09/08/2022. Status: Awaiting decision.  

Cross Inn, Church Road, Llanblethian, Cowbridge 

Change of use from a Public House into a five-bedroom detached dwelling, including first-floor extensions and alterations and the erection of a new three-bedroom dwelling on the plot. Validated: 08/08/2022. Status: Delegated 

Town Hall, Cowbridge with Llanblethian Town Council, 21, High Street, Cowbridge   

Discharge of Condition 3 (Details / Additional Details - slate). Planning permission 2021/01779/LBC - Replacement of the Mayor's parlour roof and lesser hall roof with Spanish slate. Validated: 28/07/2022. Status: Approved.

Re-roofing existing lean-to extension, extending side extension with same roof type as existing. Levels of roofline not changing. Validated: 27/07/2022. Status: Delegated.

Proposed ground floor extension to the Filco Foodstore at 2 High Street and Proposed conversion and extension of redundant 1st floor retail storage space into office accommodation at 4 High Street. Validated: 20/07/2022. Status: Awaiting decision.   

Land off Cowbridge Road, Northfields, St Athan 

Discharge of Condition 3 (Details of POS including maintenance). Planning permission 2019/01408/RES - All reserved matters including appearance, landscaping and layout of outline planning permission 2016/01427/OUT for a residential development of up to 253 units. Validated: 18/07/2022. Status: Approved   

25, The Verlands, Cowbridge  

Work to Tree covered by TPO No.16 of 1998: Silver Maple - Re Pollard tree back to previous pollard points. Removal of the limb with decay in the upper stem. Validated: 13/07/2022. Status: Delegated.        

81, High Street, Cowbridge           

The construction of a new stone plinth wall with stone capping and new wrought iron railings, installation of new external light fittings, brass plaques, removal of existing retractable canopies and general re-decoration of external elements such as windows, render and external joinery. Validated: 12/07/2022. Status: Delegated.
