Status: Awaiting decision.  

Westmoor Barn, Primrose Hill, Cowbridge   

Single storey rear extension and redevelopment of the ground floor allowing the creation of a downstairs bathroom with independent access. Validated: 20/05/2022. Status: Awaiting decision.  

Cowbridge Comprehensive School, Aberthin Road, Cowbridge   

Discharge of Conditions 7 (Access improvements) and 22 (Lighting strategy). Planning approval 2021/01537/RG3 - Proposed new primary school and associated works. Validated: 17/05/2022. Status: Delegated.

Wrap-around rear and side extension, rear patio and widening of existing vehicular access. Validated: 16/05/2022. Status: Awaiting decision.  

The Bothy, Penylan Cowbridge   

Demolition of two separate conservatory extensions and their replacement with new, providing a sitting space/utility room (single-storey structures). Validated: 12/05/2022. Status: Awaiting decision.

Hallowdene, St Athan Road, Cowbridge

Proposed alteration and extension, including disabled access and facilities to the existing bungalow. Validated: 06/05/2022. Status: Awaiting decision.  

Church Farm, Cowbridge Road, Ystradowen   

Replacement of timber half round rail fence with new timber featherboard fencing, positioned above an existing stone wall on the eastern boundary of the property and increasing the overall height by 60cm to a total height of 240cm. Validated: 29/04/2022. Status: Awaiting decision.  

Woodlands Cottage, Llandough, Cowbridge

Discharge of Condition 4 (reuse of Roof Tiles), 5 (Materials) and 6 (Materials Sample Panel). Planning approval 2019/01392/FUL - Change of use of outbuilding from a home office and gymnasium to a tourism use cottage and first-floor extension to increase the floor space. Validated: 27/04/2022. Status: Delegated.
