A new restaurant, Rocket & Rye, is coming to Cowbridge, located at 30 High Street.
The venue is set to open its doors in the first week of December, owner John Cook told Nub News.
Rocket & Rye's menu uses locally-sourced ingredients for dishes such as beef with creamed potato and seaweed peppercorn, and pork and butterbean curry.
Customers will be able to book a table via an online booking system.
