Forage Farm Shop & Kitchen announces dates for evening dining

Forage Farm Shop & Kitchen at Penllyn Estate Farm has announced the restaurant will be open for its first evening opening on 4 and 5 December.
The restaurant will be open from 6.30pm until 10pm and serving its Christmas menu, which launched on Wednesday.
With a focus on seasonal and local produce, the Christmas menu offers dishes such as roast turkey, honey-glazed pork belly, winter pie, and butternut squash gnocchi. There are also vegan and gluten-free menus.

Penllyn Estate Farm will also be holding a Christmas market from 12-20 December where visitors will be able to buy from a range of local independent businesses.
John Homfray told Nub News he hoped the market would encourage people to shop local: "I think people like to know that stuff has a local provenance, and that they're supporting each other.
"Maybe it's something that will last post-Covid," he said.
