Steps star Ian H Watkins hosted a Gala Dinner at the Bear Hotel on Friday 23rd September as part of the first Cowbridge Pride.

Raising thousands of pounds to help buy LGBTQI+ resources for local schools, guests enjoyed entertainment from broadcaster Owain Wyn Evans and drag artist Connie Orff.

Guests could bid on auction prizes including tickets and a meet and greet with Westlife and Paul Weller, Strictly Come Dancing  audience tickets, Ronnie Wood signed artwork, a Gareth Thomas signed rugby ball and many more.

Organiser Ian H Watkins says:

"Cowbridge Pride Gala was SO much fun!

"Thank you to everybody who bid in the auction, donated to our causes and danced the night away with us!

"Our hearts are full! And our heads may hurt a little…"
