Latest figures show 28 crimes in Cowbridge area during October

The latest figures show a total 28 crimes in Cowbridge and the surrounding areas in October 2020.

This number compares to 21 crimes recorded last month.

Of the 28 crimes, 15 took place in Cowbridge, three in Aberthin, two in St Hilary, two in Ystradowen, two in Graig Penlynn, one in Llansannor and one in Llanblethian.

There were eight recorded instances of anti-social behaviour, five violence and sexual offences, five shoplifting offences and four public orders.

There were also three criminal damage and arson crimes, two crimes categorised as 'other theft' and one burglary.

Crime statistics for November 2020 have not yet been released.
