Cowbridge Rotary Club has given laptops to three local schools, after appealing to the public to donate their unwanted tech in March.

The club have now repurposed a number that have been donated, by changing them to "Chromebooks".

"When Cowbridge Rotary started a call for laptops to assist local children, we were not sure how successful it would be," said the Rotary Club.

"Last week saw us donate three to pupils at St David's Church in Wales, Primary School, Colwinston.

"The laptops, donated by residents of the area and refurbished by club members, have also been donated to children at Y Bont Faen Primary and Cowbridge Comprehensive School."

Cowbridge Rotary will be pleased to continue this project: if you would like to contact them to arrange to collect modify to the level required by the pupils.

You can contact the club via Facebook messenger or email: [email protected]
