The Welsh Blood Service will be at Cowbridge Leisure Centre on 17 November, taking blood donations via a booking system.
There are also sessions scheduled for 3 and 4 of December. Anyone living within a 15-mile radius of Cowbridge can book an appointment here .
The WBS last visited Cowbridge in the last week of September, where eligible Sixth Form students from Cowbridge Comprehensive School donated for the first time.
A Facebook post on the WBS page from Friday 2 October read:
"This week we were delighted to welcome some new 6th formers to our donation sessions.
"A huge thank you to Cowbridge Comprehensive School and students across Wales for your continued support.
"These students are joining a prestigious group of lifesavers!"
The WBS collects blood donations and distributes them to hospitals to support patient care. It says it is "essential" that people continue to donate to ensure patients continue receiving the treatment they need.
During the Pandemic the blood service are unable to take walk-ins. Blood Donation is classed as essential travel.
Extra measures are in place so that the donation process adheres to government restrictions, such as wearing a face covering during your session. More detail on those restrictions on donations can be found here .
