18:48: Mr Bolan has now been found. South Wales Police thanks the public for their support.

South Wales Police is appealing for information on a missing man last seen on Cowbridge High Street yesterday evening (August 11). 

Ian Bolan, 39, was last spotted at approximately 23:30 and the police are concerned for his wellbeing. 

A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: "Ian is described as about six feet tall and of skinny build with a tanned complexion and very short mid-brown hair. 

"When last seen he was wearing a blue and white striped long sleeve shirt, navy tie, dark trousers and brown shoes." 

He also has links to Porthcawl and Llantwit Major.
