THE FIRST meeting of a Repair Café in Cowbridge will be held next Saturday in the Scout Hall.

Following a meeting on 28 November to discuss setting up a Cowbridge group, Repair Café volunteers will meet from 10am-12pm next weekend.

Repair Café Wales is holding a public meeting seeking volunteers to set up a Cowbridge branch.

The cafés help to reduce waste in the community. On Saturday, general, electrical, bike, jewellery and some sewing repairs will be available, as will PAT testing.

Attendees must wear masks and bag any items they bring. There is an option to leave items for later collection.
