The South Wales Urban Sketchers diary included a visit to St Hilary on Sunday 26 September where they sketched the St Hilary Foragers Market and sampled some of the goodies on offer.

As one of the sketchers commented: "The foragers market was so full of good food and beautiful crafts and there was a lovely friendly atmosphere. People were so greatful to be outside with company - a real one for the memory box!"

And Paul Cotrell who painted a beautiful image of St Hilary Church was heard to say that it was an inspired choice to sketch at the event.

The artists attracted much attention and were pleased that they received a number of enquiries to join their group. Facebook Urban Sketchers South Wales for more information
