Find out the most Googled places in Cowbridge during the pandemic.
Cowbridge's independent shops and eateries attract visitors from all across the UK and beyond.
While the various lockdowns throughout the pandemic have halted visits, people are still interested in what Cowbridge has to offer.
Read on for the most Googled places in Cowbridge over the last 12 months.
Waitrose
The popular supermarket was well-searched throughout the pandemic, but Googles reached their peak over the Christmas period.
Cowbridge Farm Shop
The farm shop on Llanwit Major Road was particularly searched for just after the announcement of the first lockdown.
HRT Cowbridge
Lockdown didn't stop people from searching for houses, as Googles of Herbert R Thomas Estate Agents were popular from May onwards.
Cowbridge Comprehensive
Searches for the school proved popular at the start of September as pupils began to return to school.
Arthur John
The family business has been serving the Cowbridge community for over 100 years, and searches for the business have been popular since before the first lockdown was announced.

Searches for the opticians increased as restrictions were eased in June.
The Yard
Searches for the pizzeria shot up in August and September as Eat Out to Help Out began.

Similarly, Googles for the pub reached peaks in August, as well as October and November.

The popular café, kitchen and bar received an increase in searches during July and November.
Lloyd's Pharmacy
Another popular search was Lloyd's Pharmacy, particularly during the months following the first lockdown.
The Bear
The popular hotel was well-Googled by Cowbridge residents throughout the lockdown, but particularly in November.
Other popular search terms included the weather and houses for sale.
