14th Aug 2023 | Local News

This year's Vale of Glamorgan Walking Festivalwill take place from 5 to 10 September.

There's a choice of 31 walks – from a 14-mile hike to gentle strolls. Some have a special interest – mindfulness, geology, history and nature.

Everyone is welcome, but booking is advised because some have limited places and will be popular.

Walks are only £5 per adult per walk (accompanied children walk for free).

The walks are led by experienced volunteers, and they are friendly and sociable – whether you're coming on your own or with friends and family.

More information and booking links can be found on the Festival Website: www.valeofglamorganwalkingfestival.org.uk

The Festival is organised by local charity, Valeways, with some leaders from other local walking charities. Valeways organises walks in the Vale throughout the year.
