Here are our top event picks for the coming days:
1. Vale Makers' Market
Vale Makers is a group of skilled craftspeople working in a range of media from ceramics and glass to textiles and wood, all based in the rural Vale.
The market will take place in the Old Hall, Cowbridge on October 9th, from 10-4, and will comply with all Local Authority Covid guidelines for your safety.
There will be a beautiful array of products on display, perfect for gifts or treats for yourself, plus refreshments in a pop-up cafe.
Click here for more details. 2. Cowbridge Gateway Club A sociable monthly evening of varied activities, from 7.30pm till 9pm, for adults with learning disabilities. Run by volunteers for over 40 years and supported by Mencap, we welcome people from all around the area. Transport can often be arranged. Carers and families are welcome too should they wish to stay. There is just a small annual charge for members. More details here. 3. Golden Oldies showing Mama Mia An accessible film with Joe's ice cream in the interval.
