Further analysis is needed on a proposed controversial new road in the Vale of Glamorgan, transport planners have said.
The road would link Sycamore Cross on the A48 with Junction 34 of the M4. A 12-week public consultation last year raised concerns about the impact on the environment and local communities.
BBC studios filmed a scene for Casualty in Cowbridge today.
Filming took place between 2-4pm this afternoon, but the crew was present in town throughout the day.
The Welsh Government will fund a bonus payment for NHS and social care staff to recognise their extraordinary contribution during the covid-19 pandemic, Health Minister Vaughan Gething has announced today [Wednesday 17 March].
The one-off payment for NHS and social care staff is equivalent to £735 per person, to cover the basic rate of tax and national insurance contributions incurred. After deductions most will receive £500.
A public meeting was held last Tuesday by a local campaign group against the plans to build a supermarket on the former livestock market site.
The meeting was organised by Matt Smith, who is the Conservative candidate for the 2021 Senedd elections in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Families across Cowbridge are being urged to 'light up Wales' next Tuesday 23 March in memory of loved ones lost to Coronavirus.
Facebook group Covid-19 Families Wales has organised the day of remembrance one year on from when lockdown began in 2020.
