Poor sleep causes physical and mental health problems akin to long term drug or alcohol abuse, according to sleep experts such as Matthew Walker. Join Natalie Snuggs, Meditation & Mindfulness teacher (MSc., P.G.C.E., Dip.BSoM., DipHb(KG), S.A.C. Dip (Professional Hypnotherapy)) for an introduction into how to reset your sleep pattern and improve the quality of your sleep using clinically researched techniques including sleep hygiene and simple mindfulness practices you can start using straight away. This course covers all sleep issues except sleep apnoea.
N.B. If you are under the care of the mental health team, please inform them that you are attending.
What do I need to bring to the course?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, yoga mat and blanket if required for your comfort. Meditations and movements can be practiced seated on a chair if preferred.
Minimum Age: Please note that you must be aged 16 or over to enrol on this course.
