Alun's on the run again

Cowbridge MP Alun Cairns is completing his training ahead of the London Marathon later this month.
It will be the 11th time Mr Cairns has tackled the event and this year, I'm running for Barnardo's and Barnardo's Cymru.
He says: "Barnardo's support and protect vulnerable children and young people facing a wide range of issues, this could be protecting a child from abuse or helping children who are carers.
"I want to give a special mention to the Barnardo's team in Cowbridge for their continued activity in the Vale of Glamorgan!
"Please donate to this fantastic life-changing charity."
