Cowbridge's Cancer Research charity shop is looking to connect with local retailers to donate excess stock, after running low on donations.

Store manager Amanda told Nub News it was something the shop had done before, but the pandemic had affected their stock levels.

"We did it a few years ago with Goose Island; they gave us loads of jewellery and clothes and it really helped us out," she said.

"We're low on stock after being shut for about seven months now.

"So, we're just putting our feelers out to see if any local businesses could help us out.

"There might be a couple of shops that can donate and then we can raise a bit more money.

"Of course, anyone with donations to give is welcome and we're looking for homeware as well as clothing."

If you can help, the shop can be contacted on 01446 772084.
