Cowbridge Rotary car boot sales will go ahead again
Cowbridge Rotary car boot sales will go ahead again

Members of Cowbridge Rotary Club have decided not to give up on its car boot sales held in the town.

In September the club announced it was calling time on the events due to diminished attendance, but now it has had a change of heart.

A statement from Cowbridge Club secretary Malcolm Hallewell says: "Following numerous messages and direct contacts in support of the previous sales, the club have decided that it will give it a try again next year.

"Dates when agreed with The Vale of Glamorgan Council will be published.

"It has been such a wonderful response from the local people in their supportive comments that instead of replacing this event as may have occurred  we will try again in the hope we can generate more interest. "
