Cowbridge Farmers' Market has been named one of the top farmers' markets in the UK by the 'i' newspaper.

The weekend feature listed the 40 best markets in the UK, with Cowbridge topping the Wales selection.

As the Vale Farmers' Market, Cowbridge Farmers' Market is made up of a thriving group of producers holding weekly markets at Cowbridge, who pride themselves on their quality local produce.

"Selling seasonal and locally-grown fruit and vegetables, Welsh Black beef, fresh bread, cakes, free range poultry and much more, Cowbridge Farmers' Market in Arthur Johns car park on North Road is a fantastic place to soak up the atmosphere and buy some of the freshest produce Wales has to offer," wrote Emily Cope and Pascale Hughes.

Cowbridge Farmers' Market is expanding to Dinas Powys as of this Friday coming.
