Cowbridge Forget me Not Hub has extended its opening times due to popularity.

The Hub, which is a community space for people with Dementia to come together and join in "fun games and gentle activities", will now take place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2-4pm at 51 Eastgate, Cowbridge.

An organiser says:

"We open the Forget me Not Hub for people with dementia and other health challenges.
"This service is completely free and everyone is welcome.
"Whether it is coming along to have a cuppa and a chat, or joining in our silk flower arranging, or chair dancing to ABBA, we have a little something for everyone.
"We also have two precious pets Freddie and Winnie who recently joined our hub to help with anxiety around dementia.
"Our trained and very experienced staff will be there to help and guide you through two hours of enjoyment."

If you have a loved one who you think would benefit from this, then please get in touch with [email protected] or call Nicola 02922 671497.
