The Cowbridge u3a (University of the Third Age) group will hold a coffee morning at the Happy Days Vintage Home Store café on May 30 for new and existing members.

The coffee morning will start at 11.00 and everyone is welcome to attend and meet committee members for a friendly, informal chat.

According to the u3a website, there are 1,057 groups in the UK and 450,000 members.

u3a is made up of local interest groups covering various activities and opportunities to learn together.

People who no longer work full-time are welcome to join and membership costs an average of £20 per year.
