THE THIRD winner of Cowbridge Chamber of Trade's competition has been announced - but there is still time to enter the final prize draw.

Cowbridge Chamber of Trade is running a weekly prize draw for shoppers in the town, with £30 cash to be won each Saturday before Christmas.

To enter, spend £30 in any independent store or restaurant in Cowbridge and bring your receipt as proof of purchase with your name and phone number attached to Leila Thornton in King Fox.

Cowbridge Chamber of Trade is promoting independent businesses in the town, as the two lockdowns have greatly impacted independent retailers.

"Never before has it been more important to support you local High Street and local businesses," said the Chamber.

"We have recently lost some much loved and unique businesses from the High Street.

"The public have a huge role to play in the coming months."

The Chamber is also distributing leaflets promoting local retailers, which reads: "Shop like your high street depends on it, because it does."
