Final Push to Fund Iconic Cowbridge Reindeer Parade

Cowbridge Traders Association have been working to raise funds for the famous Reindeer parade that takes place annually in the town.

They are reaching out to local businesses and residents for help raising the final pool of funding they need for the well loved event to go ahead.

Currently they have received donations from:

• £5000 from the Chamber of

• £1000 Town Council Peaky Blinders night

• £1000 Taylor Wimpey

• £500 Specsavers

• £500 Cowbridge Compost

• £500 Penllyn Farm Estate

• £500 Churchill

However, they are still short of £1000 for the parade to go forward.

The christmas event stretches over the weekend of the November 22nd with Sunday seeing the return of the iconic and biggest Reindeer Parade in Wales, as well as Santa's Grotto and the Christmas Light Switch On.

For the first time, this year businesses will be staying open until 8pm for late night shopping on the Friday as well as Christmas markets piloting in the town centre.

There will be a golden key giveaway with lots of fabulous prizes across town on the Saturday too.
