Wilcare Group is a specialist UK manufacturer and market leaders of rise and recline chairs for the healthcare and lifestyle markets as well as manufacturers of wooden furniture components.

We have a wealth of expertise, knowledge and experience in the rise and recline market working closely with healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for a highly motivated team member to train as a furniture upholsterer. The successful candidate will be able to work with others and alone with good communications skills working well with others and being professional and adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepping and upholstering motion and static furniture for the Wilcare Group

• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all work with ability to produce good quality work

• Must be able to understand all safety related document and worksite rules and practices

• Understand equipment operating instructions and health and safety requirements

• Maintaining documented safety management systems

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to multi-task and working to deadlines

• Ability to work on own and as a team

• Be organised and be able to multitask

• Be friendly, professional and upbeat

• Have good communication skills

• Be a highly motivated proactive self-starter and team player

• Be able to problem solve and show apply 'outside the box' thinking
