The recently appointed mayor of Cowbridge, Cllr Malcom, Wilson is inviting residents to the Mayor's Coffee Morning on Saturday, 3 June from 10am to 12 noon at the Cowbridge with Llanblethian Town Council Town Hall.

The event will be Pride themed.

Cllr Wilson says: "Building on John's Andrew's good work over the past twelve months to raise the profile of these events all the monthly events will be a themed morning and held on the first Saturday of each between 10am to 12. So please make a diary note

"This event is being held to raise funds for two important charities: Llamau a young person's Homeless Prevention Charity, a cause close to my heart having worked for many years with disadvantaged young people and latterly housing homeless families and Ty Pride a subsidiary charity of Llamau providing support to the LBGTQ community as this is a Pride event.

"All are welcome to attend the coffee morning so please spread the word amongst friends, colleagues, and family. There will be a variety of refreshments available, including tea, coffee, cakes, and biscuits. There will also be a raffle in aid of the charities.

"This is also an opportunity to talk to local town and vale councillors on a range of matters in an informal setting.

"I look forward to seeing you there which if it is anything like last year's Pride coffee morning will be a lively and fun event."
