The Rock & Scallop Pop Up Restaurant and Fishmongers has opened at The Penny Farthing.

The idea behind the venture is to showcase what will be on offer at The Rock & Scallop restaurant which is due to open soon in Pontyclun.

The pop up restaurant is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays throughout November and December between 6pm and 9pm, with the Fishmongers open Friday and Saturdays 9am to 6pm on the Penny Farthing courtyard.

A spokesperson says:

"We are very excited to announce that we'll be hosting The Rock & Scallop pop up restaurant from Pontyclun, here at Farthings every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from this Friday 11th November up until Christmas!

"The menu will change according to supply but we expect many delicious dishes such as Grilled Pembrokeshire Lobster, Cornish Scallops & Thai Monkfish & Prawn Curry."
