Here's what's coming up
Friday morning (09:30 - 11:30): Cowbridge Country Market
After the success of a lovely day at the Vale of Glamorgan Show, visit us at Cowbridge Country Market on Friday, August 19 (09.00-11.30) to find the freshest summer vegetables, grown in our gardens with care.
There will also be gorgeous flowers (be quick, they sell out quickly!) and good-quality garden plants available.
Take it easy during the summer holidays and let us do all the cooking - we'll have our usual selection of savouries and sweet treats home-made by us, made freshly so you can freeze them.
We'll also have preserves, local honey and special craft items, made skilfully by our producers.
Relax and enjoy coffee and cakes in our tea room.

Friday morning (10:30 – 12:30): Cowbridge Rotary Calendar Competition 2023

The winning entry receives £50.

Friday morning (10:30 – 12:30): With Music In Mind
A weekly group for over 50s to sing and socialise on Fridays at Scout Hall in Cowbridge.
With Music In Mind, which runs weekly groups in Cowbridge, Penarth, Barry and Llantwit Major, aims to bring people together through singing to improve memory, wellbeing and reduce stress.
The musical director, Matthew Nash, leads a one-hour session of singing with lyrics projected onto the wall, and then attendees will have a tea break before finishing the day with a social activity.
With Music In Mind sessions are held at the Scout Hall every Friday from 10:30 – 12:30.
Read more about it here.
Friday afternoon (14:00 – 16:00): Forget Me Not Hub
There is a community hub in Cowbridge every Thursday and Friday, between 14:00 and 16:00.
We are welcoming people with dementia and the elderly to join us. Watch a golden oldie movie, have a sing-song, play a game or just sit and chat.
Tea, cake, and company on the house!
