Tudor Garage in Ystradowen is "back up and running" after running out of fuel on Tuesday.
Since last Friday [24 September] panic buying in fear of a fuel shortage across the UK led to long queues at petrol stations and for many to actually run out of fuel.
Downs Filling Station was forced to close on Saturday after running out of fuel and waiting for new supplies.
Mike Davies, of Tudor Garage, told Nub News how fuel delivered on Friday ran out on Tuesday.
"We sold 15 times the usual amount on Friday," he said.
"That delivery would normally last 7-10 days.
"People are still queuing but it's not as bad now."
The fuel industry says the situation at the pumps "has begun to improve" and that it is working with the government to maintain regular deliveries.
Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng said soldiers would be delivering fuel later this week, after days of queues.
