Thursday evening (18:30 - 19:30): Yoga In The Park

We have got some perfect weather to enjoy a couple of classes out in the park!!

I've decided to keep my classes donation based at the moment as I know the struggle is real for many of us! So come along, move your body and pay as you feel.

All levels welcome - I'm a bit rusty at the moment too, so please don't be afraid to turn up and do what you can. I always teach to a beginner level and give options for those who want to challenge themselves a little more.

Classes are held at Cowbridge River Walk - BYO mat.

Thursday's (August 11) runs from 18:30 - 19:30.

Another class is also scheduled for Saturday morning (August 13), from 08:00 - 09:00.
